You agree that InvisionFree may delete any User Account registered in the Site. HCMA may ban your email address, username, IP Address or remove/change any Content from any board or from your account, without notice or compensation. Your account may be deleted for any violation of the Site Terms of Use or for any reason deemed necessary. HCMA has no obligation to explain why your account/Content was deleted or edited.

Any claim arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after the cause arose or be forever barred.
